THIS WEEK'S PICK:

The first good horror movie since the SCREAM films stars Jamie Lee Curtis reprising her unforgettable role as a psychopathic killer's sister. Yes, that's right, Michael Myers is back, 20 years after the original Haddonfield incident. Jamie Lee Curtis does an excellent job as the overprotective mother, scarred from her experiences. Along for the ride is first time horror chick Michelle Williams of television's Dawson's Creek. As Michael Myers returns one last time, this film delivers the scares necessary for one kickin' horror flick! Several found the ending unsatisfying, but I felt it made a perfect ending to the HALLOWEEN series.

GUIDE:

Alcohol/ Drugs: Minor

Language: Heavy- at least 11 "f" words, several others.

Violence- Fairly heavy- not as much gore as you'd expect from a movie of this genre.}

*** 1/2 (of 5)

I loved it! I absolutely loved it!! The mixture of comedy and action is perfect, and the chemistry of all the actors makes this movie click! The best Lethal film yet, and the best villain yet, played by Jet Li. Of course, Mel Gibson, Joe Pecsi, and Danny Glover are all back, as well as newcomer Chris Rock, who makes the movie funny as heck! Wonderful action flick.
